Commercial terms summary

Use and ownership

Flexfire retains platform IP. Customers retain their data and are responsible for lawful use, access administration, and review of outputs before business decisions.

Acceptable use

Users may not bypass controls, attack the service, upload unlawful data, scrape beyond permitted APIs, or use the platform for retail trading signals or unapproved advice.

Suspension and precedence

Access may be suspended for security, abuse, non-payment, sanctions, or legal risk. Signed enterprise agreements, DPAs, and order forms prevail over website summaries.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided with contractual commitments only. Disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, venue, export controls, and sanctions terms are set in the signed agreement.

Build governed risk operations
